Students will engage in technology to support their own understanding of the curriculum through the use of computers, the class blogs, peer collaboration via Twitter, as well as teacher presentations in class. Students will also USE technology in the form of computers and cameras to create their presentations for the poster board, video, and pamphlets at the Wellness Fair.
Students will be expected to complete the video projects prior to the wellness fair. They will be given time in all 3 classes to complete the videos. These videos are to be completed in partners so that each student has a chance to film and be filmed. The videos should be 2-4 minutes in length. Videos should address the essential questions: "How is wellness defined in your culture?" or "What are some of the factors that influence your food choices?"
